TENNIS CLUB

Overview of the club

The concept of Tennis

- Tennis, also known as tennis, is a sport that requires athletes to use a racket in combination with a round ball and a long net that is caught between two athletes. Tennis players will use their racquets and hit the ball on both sides of the net and they have to hit their ball just enough to get over the other side of the opponent's net.

The benefits and effects of Tennis

- Make bones stronger. Regular exercise increases bone density, reducing the risk of osteoporosis. If you already have osteoporosis, tennis training will also help reduce brittleness and age-related bone loss.

- Helps control body fat. After the age of 20, if there is no physical activity, every 10 years, a woman's body will lose about 2 kg of muscle. That makes the physique less and less, the force is also weaker.

- Increase stamina and endurance. Playing tennis gives you more energy to deal with the physical and mental pressures of every day.

- Make you feel refreshed, optimistic, love life. When holding a racket, the fatigue and worries will quickly disappear. Therefore, you feel healthy, confident and active.

- Reduces the risk of age-related injury. Practicing tennis makes muscles stronger, helps protect joints, increases body balance and maintains long-term flexibility. This makes you less likely to fall and break bones as you age.

- You will sleep better and stay away from the constant insomnia due to age. A sufficient, quality sleep will bring you a youthful look.
