Overview of the club

The concept of Karate

- Karate is a martial art that originated in Japan and has spread all over the world. In which, Vietnam is also one of the countries with strong development of karate.

- Karate is the art of fighting with features such as punches, kicks, elbows, knees and open hand techniques.

- In Karate, there are also hook punching techniques, continuous kicking techniques, locking, blocking, dodging, knocking down techniques and techniques to hit dangerous places. To increase the power of counter attacks, Karate uses hip rotation or kime techniques, to focus the energy of the whole body at the time of impact.

- Coming to Karate martial art, you not only learn how to become a martial artist but also cultivate yourself. Karate helps you change your lifestyle, act cautiously. Live a disciplined and active life. The techniques in Karate will help you increase endurance, health, and protect the heart.
