The concept of Basketball

- Basketball is a sport that competes directly between 2 teams, each team has 5 people. The goal of the game is to score as many points as possible by trying to get the ball into the opponent's basket in a legal manner and by restricting the basketball class from allowing the opponent to throw the ball into his team's basket. - Today, basketball is often played in two forms: + Street basketball: each team has 3 people and 1 basketball board. + Indoor basketball: each team has 5 people and 2 basketball boards. - Points are scored by correctly putting the ball into the basket. The team with more points at the end of the match is the winner. There are many rules in this game of basketball, but most are quite simple.

The benefits and effects of Basketball

- Great for heart health: basketball can help you strengthen the cardiovascular system, every time you play the ball will help your heart rate increase. Improving cardiovascular endurance will help keep your heart healthy, helping to reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke later in life. - Improve musculoskeletal system: High jump and other basketball movements help the skeletal system in your body to be clearly improved, stronger bones and higher endurance. When playing basketball, the jumping movements will be affected by gravity from which new bone tissue will form, and the musculoskeletal system will become stronger. - Increase concentration and discipline: like other sports, basketball has its own rules and if violated, you and your team will be punished. Practicing discipline will help each of us increase focus in other activities and is a factor in your success later.

- Enhance endurance: basketball requires players to exercise the whole body. The techniques of playing ball combined with the impact of your team's players, basketball players will develop comprehensively such as leg muscles, arms, neck muscles or back are very important muscles in the body. - Development of cognitive ability: basketball requires players a lot of motor skills and is also a sport that requires very fast perception. Studies on the cognitive aspect of basketball have shown that basketball players must have extremely fast and precise perception of what is happening on the court and make extremely good decisions. Quick with the ball or defensive position. In high-speed sports like basketball, you have to train yourself to constantly watch your teammates and opponents and take immediate action on the court. This is an important skill in life and work that helps you make quick decisions.

- Reduce stress and strengthen the body's immune system: when your body is able to control stress, it will help you focus more and have more energy to complete other tasks. Not only that, participating in basketball practice class also helps you develop communication skills and people who communicate more will experience less stress and will also have a better immune system.
