Physical education

The physical education program of Ton Duc Thang University is based on the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training (150 hours) and on the basis of selection of essential sports and sports; and then the popular sports, student interest (from the results of the survey of the favorite student sports and want to train the most). The program offers 14 sports for students to choose from and consists of 3 modules:

Physical education (45 periods): This is the most essential and compulsory subject for all students in the school. To complete this course, students must have basic knowledge of swimming, drowning, drowning prevention, moderate swimming 100m and water stand 1 minute 30 seconds (for men). 50m swim and 1 minute water stand (for women).

Physical Education 1 (45 periods): Students can choose from the following sports: Aerobic - Aerobics, Soccer, Volleyball, Badminton, Gymnastics, Tennis Taekwondo.

Physical Education 2 (60 periods): Students select one of these courses: Vietnam traditional martial arts, Vovinam, Chess, Karate, Table Tennis, Basketball.
