VOLLEYBALL CLUB

Overview of the club

The concept of Volleyball

- Volleyball is an Olympic sport in which two teams are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by getting the ball to touch the opponent's side of the field in accordance with the rules.

- The complete Code is quite extensive. But in a nutshell, the way it is played is as follows: players on one team start their turn by teeing off (dropping or dropping the ball and hitting it with a hand or arm), from outside the end line, over the net, and to the receiving team's side of the field. The receiving team must not let the ball touch the ground on their side of the field. They are allowed to touch the ball up to 3 times. Usually, the first 2 touches are used to prepare the attacking team, who tries to return the ball over the net so that the other team cannot block the left so as not to touch the ground in their own court.

- The turn of the ball continues, with each team allowed to touch the ball at most 3 times in a row, until one of two things happen (1): the team wins the turn, causing the ball to touch the ground in the opponent's court; or (2): the team commits a foul and loses the ball. The team that wins the ball gets 1 point, and is allowed to serve the next turn.

- The ball is usually played with the hand or arm, but the player is allowed to hit or push (touch the ball for a short time) with any part of the body. - There are quite a few techniques in volleyball, including "spiking" and "blocking" (because those playing techniques are performed above the vertical jumping net is one of the techniques). sports focus) as well as “passing” (taking step 1), “setting” (passing 2), and specific playing positions and defensive and offensive play structures.

The benefits and effects of Volleyball

- Strengthening the circulatory and respiratory systems: playing volleyball is one of the ways to increase the heart rate quickly. With a variety of movements such as running, jumping, hitting the ball and jumping, volleyball will create positive effects on the heart muscle and circulatory system. As a result, more blood, oxygen and nutrients will be delivered to the organs.

- Develop muscles and strengthen bones: volleyball needs players to use large muscle groups, with a large range of motion. With diverse movements such as running, jumping, hitting the ball, sliding, bouncing, you can train muscles in many different body areas.
