On April 14th, 2018, the Center for Enterprises Cooperation and Alumni of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized the Business Connection Festival Day 2018 with the theme "Employment – Business Setup – Business Start-up". More than 60 domestic and foreign enterprises participated in the fair with the aim of consultancy and recruitment.
The main attraction of the organization in this festival was the onsite counseling booth. Students had access to a wide variety of jobs (full-time and part-time) which are compatible with 38 higher education sectors at TDTU. In addition, students participating in the Festival had the opportunity to meet entrepreneurs and businesses through many activities such as attending the "Workshop on Employment – Business Setup & Start-up in the 4th Industrial Revolution: challenges, opportunities and solutions" and the "Start-up Now 2018 – Start-up of me" contest; exchanging ideas with successful alumni; taking part in the exhibition of the model of students’ start-up and creativity. On this occasion, TDTU and its alliance enterprises awarded 10 scholarships with a total value of 20 million VND to poor students getting good results.
The Business Connection Festival Day 2018 continued to consolidate and develop the good relationship between TDTU and its alliance enterprises. It also helped students have access to new career trends. From here, students take advantage of the available conditions at TDTU to develop themselves, to meet the standards of the business or to be able to start their own business with the spirit inspired by the university during their study.
