2. LEARNING OBJECTIVES

- Knowledge:

+ Understand the general knowledge about the history of formation and development of general fitness and fitness in particular.

+ Remembering and understanding basic fitness techniques, the content and structure of a fitness exercise, the rules of fitness, as well as injury prevention methods can help students to prevent injuries when participating in sports activities.

+ After completing the study, the learner can self-practice, increase the amount of exercise and develop his own body.

- Operational skills:

+ Students can do a series of basic exercises for the individual.

+ Use of exercise equipment, basic training tools of Fitness.

+ Perform basic exercises with machines, tools and hands.

3. CONTENT

- Theory:

+ Introduction to fitness, history of formation and development of fitness.

General knowledge of fitness: What is Fitness, criteria of Fitness, characteristics of fitness.

Basic knowledge of fitness: muscle groups and principles of muscle development. Oxygen transport system, exercise nutrition.

Basic Fitness Techniques.

Make fitness and exercise programming.

+ Fitness Laws in Vietnam.

+ Hygiene and sports injuries: Causes - management - prevention.

- Practice:

+ Guide to use the exercise equipment, the basic set of Fitness.

+ Perform general warm-up, professional, tense, relaxed in Fitness.

+ Perform basic movement techniques of Fitness.

Make individual workouts and exercises.

+ Technical support and fitness development.

4. FORMS OF EVALUATION

- Process evaluation (20%): small assignments, classroom questions

- Midterm examination (30%): Practice

- Final exam (50%): Practice
